Our client was struggling with outdated systems (ie. a handful of excel sheets) that led to inefficiencies, lost time, and potential compliance issues. They needed a comprehensive solution to manage their inventory, streamline customer interactions, and ensure that all calibration certificates were up-to-date and easily accessible.
We developed a comprehensive software solution tailored to address these challenges. Our approach focused on creating an integrated system that not only streamlined inventory and customer management but also ensured compliance with industry regulations, particularly around equipment calibration.
The solution consists of three distinct pieces of software: an advanced inventory management system for real-time tracking of equipment availability and maintenance, a CRM system to manage customer relationships and rental agreements, and a calibration certificate management tool to ensure all machinery is properly calibrated and compliant with standards.
